CO-OP BOOKSTORE

The project is a new 25,000 square foot bookstore building located just steps away from the campus of Louisiana State University.  The building was constructed using a pre-engineered metal building superstructure with a reinforced concrete tilt-up wall panel system along the exterior of the building.  The building is supported by a deep foundation system, using reinforced concrete beams and pile caps supported by driven timber piles.  Our firm was responsible for the structural design of the concrete tilt-up wall panels and the foundation system.
